A person in this role goes to Auntie Anne's Pretzels located inside Marley Station Mall and picks up any donations that have been set aside for Love Wins. Items are brought back to the pantry and placed in one of the refrigerators in the main pantry room.
Any type of vehicle is suitable for this pick up. We have a few reusable insulated grocery bags available for use, if you wish to use those, please let us know and we will make sure they are available to you.
Please note, this is a weekly recurring opportunity set up through a 3rd party organization, which means we are not able to call ahead to ensure a donation is there for us. On occasion, we arrive and they do not have anything to donate, but it's ok! It's worth the effort when they do, and either way it builds our relationships with people, companies, and other network partners.
