MLK Day of Service // MOVE to the NEW Pantry Space
The day is FINALLY here...to move the pantry from its current location to a new (temporary) building just across the parking lot and we would be HONORED to have you help! What good timing as well, that this momentous occasion coincides with a day set aside for service in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
There will be LOTS of little and big tasks to complete during the whole project, so everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate!
From simple packing of small items into boxes and onto carts, to lots of pallet jack trips across the parking lot...there is a task appropriate for everyone!
The schedule is provided below and will be broken into 2 primary sessions with a light lunch and reception time provided in between.
If you are able to stay the whole time, great!
If you are able to volunteer for just the morning session or just the afternoon session you are strongly encouraged to join us for lunch to Connect and Celebrate together!
