We want our clients to have the best experience when collecting their items. Part of that experience is the wait leading up to the distribution. Those on the traffic team have the wonderful privilege to interact with our clients while putting them at ease and keeping everyone calm relaxed in line. (this was my favorite job).
You will be given a reflective vest and light saber, I mean traffic light as well as full instructions on how we are lining up the cars.
