9:30am-3:30pm Distribution Prep Team
* These awesome volunteers will pack frozen bags, pack produce bags, set-up the distribution area and complete other misc tasks to ensure the pantry is ready for Weekly Distribution!
* It is suggested that you were comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes.
3:30pm-8:00pm Community Distribution (Drive-Thru Style)
* There are MANY teams to serve with during Thursday Distribution!
- Guest Connection* - Works together to greet and check guests in, answering any questions and quick to remind our guests that they are LOVED and MATTER!
- Parking Lot Team* - Works together to direct traffic and park/coordinate vehicles during Distribution. Members of this team get to wear a cool highly reflective vest and have access to the latest technology in orange flashlight traffic-directing apparatus.
- Distribution Team* - Works together to place distribution elements directly into vehicles drive-thru style.
- Restock Team* - Works together to ensure the Distribution Team has everything they need!
- Delivery Team - Each member is provided with a route (the length of which they choose) to deliver to pantry guests that do have have access to transportation to access pantry services.
- Organization & Clean Up Team - Works together to organize the pantry during distribution, sweeping floors, wiping down fridges and freezers, spot mopping floors and ensuring that the pantry space is maintained with excellence! This team serves primarily indoors, out of the sun, always has access to seating and is usually listening to great music while enjoyed relaxed conversations with friends!
